Onepoint has crossed the 5% threshold in Atos‘ share capital on October 26th, 2023, and now holds 9.9% of the company’s share capital and 9.9% of its voting rights.
This investment is made in the context of the ongoing reorganisation of the company and its new governance structure, and underscores the strategic dimension of Atos’ assets.
